Real Estate Moguls is a professional media and membership platform serving the real estate industry. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit moguls.realestate, apply for membership, participate in productions, attend events, interact with our content, or otherwise engage with the platform. We take privacy seriously and we operate this platform in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
This policy applies to information collected through our website, our productions, our events, our communications, and our customer relationship infrastructure. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that we link to or that integrate with our services, each of which operates under its own privacy practices.
By using this website or engaging with the platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of the platform.
The Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide to us directly, information that is collected automatically when you use the platform, and information we receive from third parties.
Information you provide directly. This includes the information you submit when you apply for membership, complete the contact form, subscribe to our communications, register for events, submit a guest invitee list, sponsor an episode or series, or otherwise interact with platform features. The categories include your full name, professional title, organization, business address, email address, phone number, professional license number where applicable, professional headshot and biographical content, social media handles, content preferences, and any additional information you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, our systems automatically collect technical information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring website, pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, search terms used on the site, and approximate geographic location derived from IP address. This information is collected through cookies, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties. We receive information from our payment processors, our customer relationship infrastructure provider, our analytics provider, our content distribution partners, our identity verification services, and from publicly available professional sources including state professional licensing databases, attorney registration and disciplinary commissions, the Multiple Listing Service, public real estate records, and equivalent professional databases. We may also receive information from members who recommend you as a guest, sponsor, or applicant.
Information collected during productions. Real Estate Moguls operates its production environments as continuous recording spaces. Photography, videography, and audio recording occur throughout production sessions, events, and platform-controlled spaces. The capture of your image, voice, performance, and statements during platform productions is governed by the Membership Agreement, the Sponsored Member Agreement, the Hosting Agreement Addendum, and the Talent Management Agreement, as applicable to your relationship with the platform.
