A current member introduces a qualified peer to the platform through the standard introduction channel.
The application.
The peer applies through the standard application process and is reviewed by Real Estate Moguls' admissions team.
Approval and tier selection.
Once approved, the peer selects one of the three membership tiers: Mogul, Insider, or Host.
Credit path selection.
The introducing member selects one of the three credit paths within thirty days of the peer's membership confirmation.
Delivery.
The Real Estate Moguls production team fulfills the selected credit through the platform's standard production workflow within the published delivery window.
