Brand Guidelines

The official brand reference for members, sponsors, and partners. Every asset, color, and typographic decision that protects and represents the Real Estate Moguls identity.

02 Colors

Color Palette

Five core brand colors define the Real Estate Moguls identity. These colors must be used exactly as specified. No substitutions, no approximations, and no additional colors may be introduced without written approval.

Never introduce colors outside this system. The palette is the brand. Consistency is non-negotiable.
03 Typography

Type System

Two font families define the platform's typographic identity. Both must be used exactly as specified in any material that carries the Real Estate Moguls brand.

Moguls

Afacad

Display typeface. Used for all headlines, section titles, buttons, and pull quotes. Available via Google Fonts. Weights used: 700 (Bold) and 800 (ExtraBold).

The professionals who move real estate deserve a platform that treats their expertise as the product. Real Estate Moguls is that platform.

Avenir Next

Body typeface. Used for all paragraph text, eyebrow labels, descriptions, navigation, and interface elements. Weights used: 400 (Regular), 600 (DemiBold), 700 (Bold).

When Avenir Next is unavailable, substitute with system sans-serif: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, sans-serif. Never substitute Afacad with another display font without written approval.
04 Usage Restrictions

What You Cannot Do

The Real Estate Moguls brand is a protected asset. The following restrictions apply to all members, sponsors, partners, and any third party using the brand in any context.

Do not alter the logo in any way.

No recoloring, no adding shadows or effects, no cropping, no stretching, no animating, no overlaying text or imagery on the logo. Use only the exact files provided.

Do not use the brand to imply endorsement.

Displaying the Real Estate Moguls logo or name on your marketing materials does not constitute an endorsement of your services, products, or business unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Do not reproduce platform content.

Articles, episodes, videos, graphics, photographs, and any content produced by Real Estate Moguls may not be reproduced, redistributed, or repurposed without written permission. Sharing links to published content is encouraged. Downloading and re-uploading is prohibited.

Do not use the brand on prohibited materials.

The Real Estate Moguls brand may not appear on any material that is misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, politically partisan, or that violates any applicable law, including fair housing and RESPA regulations.

Do not create derivative marks.

No abbreviations (REM, REMQ, etc.), no modified versions, no "inspired by" variations, and no combination marks that merge the Real Estate Moguls identity with another brand's identity. The brand exists as provided or not at all.

Do not use the brand after relationship ends.

Upon termination of membership, sponsorship, or partnership, all use of the Real Estate Moguls brand must cease immediately. All brand assets must be deleted from your systems within 30 days of termination.

05 Co-Branding

Co-Branding Standards

When the Real Estate Moguls brand appears alongside another brand, the following rules apply without exception.

Equal or greater prominence.

The Real Estate Moguls logo must appear at equal or greater size relative to any partner, sponsor, or member brand it appears alongside. The Real Estate Moguls logo is never subordinate.

Clear separation.

A visible divider (vertical line, spacing, or clear visual break) must separate the Real Estate Moguls logo from any adjacent brand. The logos must never touch, overlap, or blend.

Approved lockups only.

Any co-branded material must use a layout approved by Real Estate Moguls leadership. Do not create your own co-branded lockup. Submit your design for approval before production.

Sponsor attribution format.

Sponsored content must use the format: "Presented by [Sponsor Name]" in Slate (#4A5568) at 12px, positioned above or below the content. The sponsor logo appears at no more than 60% of the Real Estate Moguls logo height.

When in doubt, ask. Any use of the Real Estate Moguls brand that has not been explicitly approved in writing is unauthorized.
